Although he wasn’t born in the Sunshine State, Bill considers himself a Florida native, raised in Stuart, FL since he was 7 years old, then moved to the Tampa Bay area in his early 20’s managing a chain of restaurants. A few years later he started his first business serving the community with telecom services. As a pioneer in the ever-changing industry, for over 20 years he and his partners connected the bay area - one business at a time – through wireless and fiber internet, and Hosted PBX (Voice over IP) systems. 

He sold his ownership from his long-time telecom business to chase his personal passion for real estate investing and property management into a full-time real estate career. Bill brings a diverse set of skills and entrepreneurial spirit to the marketplace to help his homeowner clients.
